Leah has a diverse civil practice that is nationwide in scope and includes the defense of personal injury claims, as well as product liability and commercial disputes. Her representative clients include transportation, manufacturing, elevator, and escalator companies, for whom she defends wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, and property damage claims. Leah joined Ansa Assuncao in September 2015 after completing her one-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Michael A. Toto of the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Division. She graduated from Rutgers School of Law - Camden in 2014 where she served as a staff editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy and was one of twenty-seven Rutgers graduate students selected to participate in the 2013-2014 Eagleton Institute of Politics Graduate Fellowship Program.
