Tanisha is an associate in Ansa Assuncao’s Philadelphia office. Tanisha has a diverse national litigation practice that focuses on the defense of catastrophic personal injury and other tort claims and commercial/business disputes. Tanisha represents a broad range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Tanisha earned her Juris Doctor with a certificate in business law from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Tanisha was a Conwell Merit Scholar and Dean’s List graduate. In 2018, she was awarded the Kranzel Award for her paper focusing on the application of HIPAA regulations in the professional sports context.
While in law school, Tanisha interned with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and a local construction litigation firm. She also worked at two local tax clinics and an expungement clinic, where she provided legal services to underserved populations.
