David A. Gonzalez

Overview

David’s diverse civil practice is nationwide in scope and includes the defense of personal injury claims as well as product liability and commercial disputes.  His representative clients include transportation, manufacturing, and elevator and escalator companies for whom he defends wrongful death, personal injury, property damage, and commercial claims.

David joined Ansa Assuncao in September 2016 after completing his one-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Michael A. Toto of the New Jersey Superior Court.  During law school, David interned with the Honorable Jose L. Linares, Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and completed a one-year clerkship with Lucinda P. Long, SVP and General Counsel of Valley National Bank.

Prior to law school, David worked in executive-level sales and management, advising corporate clients in the areas of operational management, labor productivity, and regulatory compliance.
